Having worked in Europe, Asia, US and Africa, she has developed pragmatic road maps for change and ensured delivery. She is a strong strategic thinker with the ability to create buy-in across all organizational levels. Katja is passionate about creating the kind of workplace that inspires people to give their best. Having led diverse and multi-disciplinary teams in financial services helped her build up a strong track record in people and stakeholder management. With Six Sigma (GE-certified MBB), Lean and Change methodologies, she has built and managed project portfolios, quality programs and large change initiatives. As a trainer for Vital Smarts products, she complements her portfolio with the ability to bring great leadership skills to people and organizations.
