Arturo Nicora spent most of his career in the Insurance Market. He started in the international and industrial field in 1990 working for the car maker Fiat for whom he was responsible for all industrial risks and insurances in Europe.
His expertise in management at senior level, his competencies in vision, strategy and motivating people combined with his coaching techniques are his main strengths.

An experienced and professional practitioner, Shivangi has led Leadership Development, Talent Management and Organizational Development projects across Europe, CIS, Africa, Middle East, Asia, US and South America. Differentiating Shivangi is her ability to bring both the soft (purpose, people, process) and hard (strategy, structure, systems) perspectives together to address real business needs. Her initial training as an engineer followed by her focused experience across various HR roles positions Shivangi uniquely to support the development of functional managers in their development journey towards becoming engaging people leaders. Prior to establishing her own practice, Shivangi gained over 15 years of experience in diverse industries: Reinsurance, Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, Manufacturing & Professional Services. Her cross-functional experience ranges from talent management to business development and from HR to consulting. Shivangi has been responsible for organizational transformations such as the global management of Shared Services, M&A and Post Merger initiatives, establishing and managing performance of franchising operations to name a few.


Claudia Nicora

Claudia Nicora spent most of her career in the sales, logistic and administration of security and training companies. She co-created Human2Organization in 2002, a Swiss consulting company dedicated to coach and train top managers in international and industrial field. Later, she co-created DOOR Training in 2007. In 2012, she also co-founded Inspiring Culture, a Swiss training company, representing VitalSmarts programs in the entire Swiss market, where she holds the position of Director of Administration and Logistics.

Having worked in Europe, Asia, US and Africa, she has developed pragmatic road maps for change and ensured delivery. She is a strong strategic thinker with the ability to create buy-in across all organizational levels. Katja is passionate about creating the kind of workplace that inspires people to give their best. Having led diverse and multi-disciplinary teams in financial services helped her build up a strong track record in people and stakeholder management. With Six Sigma (GE-certified MBB), Lean and Change methodologies, she has built and managed project portfolios, quality programs and large change initiatives. As a trainer for Vital Smarts products, she complements her portfolio with the ability to bring great leadership skills to people and organizations.

He enjoys his work as a training consultant, designing original content and delivering programs and events with Swiss and international companies. Alexandre is the Crucial Conversations Master Trainer for Switzerland.

He is a highly experienced senior strategic advisor with over 30 years as head of Human Resources in prominent high-tech and FMCG multinational companies. As a member and coach of executive committees, his primary focus was on leading organizational change, enhancing people management practices and conducting talent acquisition & development programs worldwide.
