Arturo Nicora spent most of his career in the Insurance Market. He started in the international and industrial field in 1990 working for the car maker Fiat for whom he was responsible for all industrial risks and insurances in Europe.
His expertise in management at senior level, his competencies in vision, strategy and motivating people combined with his coaching techniques are his main strengths.

Claudia Nicora spent most of her career in the sales, logistic and administration of security and training companies. She co-created Human2Organization in 2002, a Swiss consulting company dedicated to coach and train top managers in international and industrial field. Later, she co-created DOOR Training in 2007. In 2012, she also co-founded Inspiring Culture, a Swiss training company, representing VitalSmarts programs in the entire Swiss market, where she holds the position of Director of Administration and Logistics.

Having worked in Europe, Asia, US and Africa, she has developed pragmatic road maps for change and ensured delivery.
